Our Role: 

Design of six artificial beaches and the associated beach control structures at the Al Sahel Beach Resort, on a partially constructed project which was stalled in 2009

Results:

Byrne Looby prepared a beach stability and coastal evolution assessment to determine the construction profile and eventual stable profile and orientation of the artificial beaches. They also undertook the environmental permitting requirements which included the development of an environmental management plan.
