To carry out an assessment of the operational, safety and technical standards at the mine and to provide recommendations on its achieving a world class operational status.
SK mine has a world class deposit of zinc and an infrastructure to match.

Our Role

Upon review and discussions with management and staff, a comprehensive action plan for improvement was developed and a number of follow up visits were carried out to assess and monitor the progress.
