LTMS has been accredited by the Minerals Products Qualification Council (MPQC) to deliver training courses for underground mining.

The first two courses that have been accredited are ‘Development Driller Operator Training’ and ‘Underground Supervisor Training’.

LTMS has been delivering training in many areas of mining since 2016 on a global basis and the accreditation with MPQC is a positive step forward for the development of miners, supervisors and mine owners, who wish to have formalised training in a structured manner. New courses can be developed for specific topics in mining, on request.

Steve Hayes, an experienced miner, supervisor and trainer is the first LTMS Trainer to be accredited in the programme.
